Telehealth
Dr Kelly Wright has been providing telehealth services since 2011 during her work in Townsville. This enabled the team at Age Right to rapidly adapt to provide telehealth services since 2020. We are able to adapt to the easiest method for you whether that is via Facetime, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google duo, Skype or Messenger. Let us know what modality you feel comfortable with which might be the way you have kept in touch with others during the pandemic.
Home or Nursing Home Visits
Age Right can provide this service to a wide range of locations, when required. Please call us to discuss this and see if your location is serviced by our team. Ideally, we prefer to come to the nursing home to enable a working relationship with the facility and to decrease the inconvenience of coming to the rooms for your consultation. Your family is welcome to also be present for the consultation at the nursing home.
Support by phone or email
In addition to face-to-face consultations, Age Right offers support either by phone or email. We have a social worker on our team who is available to assist with support as well. Please click here to learn more.
Payment Methods
We accept all methods of payment including EFTPOS, bank transfer, cheque, credit cards and cash.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least two days’ notice, if possible, to enable us to offer your appointment to others on the waiting list.
